At Ateticime, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible products in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the unused products back into their original packaging to ensure they are protected from damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
